Bipul Mandal, a 15-year-old student, has not only overcome profound personal tragedy but has also turned his pain into a passionate pursuit of justice and education.

Bipul’s life took a tragic turn in 2020 when his sister, Beauty Mandal, a victim of relentless cyberbullying, succumbed to despair and ended her life. This incident shook the core of their family, leaving a void filled with sorrow and outrage. However, despite the darkness, Bipul’s spirit remained unbroken. His determination to ensure that no other family endures such pain became the catalyst for his involvement with Cyber Teens, an organization dedicated to combating cyberbullying and supporting the youth of Bangladesh.

Today, Bipul is not just a student; he is a beacon of hope. Currently studying in class 9 in Jessore, he actively participates in Cyber Teens’ initiatives, spreading awareness and teaching other young individuals about the dangers of cyberbullying. Under the guidance of Sadat Rahman, founder of Cyber Teens and the 2020 International Children’s Peace Prize winner, Bipul has grown into a young advocate who channels his experiences into positive actions.

Bipul’s dream, much like his late sister’s, is to create a safe online environment where children can learn and express themselves without fear of harassment or abuse. His journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the impact of supportive communities in healing and growth.
